"Vilnius Psychology Center" (VPC) is looking for a motivated psychologist or psychotherapist to join our team either as an independent contractor or under an employment contract to provide professional psychological consultations and psychotherapy.

The goal of Vilnius Psychology Center is to provide top-level integrated therapy services based on scientific research. All specialists wishing to join the center will be invited to participate in training organized by Dr. J. Dillon, which aims to deepen the knowledge of psychologists and psychotherapists. The training will provide in-depth insights into cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, dialectical behavior therapy, EMDR, IFS, motivational interviewing, and their interconnections. This will help enhance the overall understanding of integrated psychotherapy practices. At the center, you will also have the opportunity to specialize in the treatment of anxiety, addictions, and trauma.

As a team member, you will receive regular supervision, diverse support, and encouragement to continue developing. We will provide you with a suitable space for consultations.

The courses are completely free for VPC team members. The terms of employment will be discussed individually with each psychologist or psychotherapist. The most important factors are your motivation, foundational knowledge, and interest in and willingness to develop in the field of psychology.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Health or Clinical Psychology

• Empathy and respect for clients

• Motivation

• Interest in innovations in the field of psychology

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Psychotherapy studies

• Experience in trauma treatment

• EMDR training

• Psychologist license

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and/or group therapy

• Maintain client medical records

• Participate in professional development courses organized by VPC

• Participate in learning and development programs in Lithuania and abroad
