Vilnius Psychological Center provides virtual and in-person treatment that embraces research-based techniques and tailors psychotherapy to your individual needs and goals. The specialists here have expertise addressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and addiction, among others. Our training is versatile and spans a number of theoretical orientations, including CBT, DBT, EMDR therapy, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, body-focused neuropsychological techniques, and psychodynamic modalities. In short, we have a lot of tools to help in the way that is most effective for you.

From New York to Vilnius
Vilnius Psychological Center was founded by Dr. Justina Dillon, who studied psychology and psychotherapy in New York, where she established the trauma and addiction treatment center - InnerWeave Psychology. Returning to live and work in Lithuania after 15 years, Justina brought with her all the knowledge and experience she had acquired, upon which the Vilnius Psychological Center is founded.
